Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible to receive a return or an exchange:
- Goods have to be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Good should be in its original packaging, and all the labels must be on.
- You are required to make the request to us within 30 days following the receipt of your order.
- Sale or discounted goods are not subject to refund (at your discretion, please inform me otherwise)
Exchange Process
- Send your order number and exchange reasons to our support team.
- We will refer you to the easy steps of the exchange.
- Send the product back to us (delivery information will be provided).
- As soon as we get it and check it, we will forward your replacement to you.
Return (Store Credit)
You can also have a store credit, in case you do not want to exchange, which can be redeemed on any other purchase. Cash refunds are not provided at the moment. (If refunds are not forbidden, inform me.)
Damaged or Wrong Items
In case you were sent the wrong product, size, or a defective one:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Post a photo or a brief video to verify quickly.
We give importance to such cases, and as early as possible, we shall replace your item.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are ineligible to be returned, such as:
- Intimates
- Sleepwear sets worn/washed
- Untagged products

Shipping Costs
- In the case of size exchanges, the customer can be required to cover the shipping back.
- In the case of wrong/damaged goods, Loona Nights pays all the shipping fees.
Processing Time
After we have received your returned item, it will take us 3-5 business days to check and process it.
